About the Wing Surface

Because the model was downscaled from a 1/48 master, the wings feature faintly indicated holes at the positions where reinforcement pins are used in the larger scale. In 1/72 these reinforcements are not required, but the subtle marks are intentionally preserved as optional guides for modelers who may wish to add their own strengthening rods. If not used, the marks can be filled easily with a small amount of putty and sanded smooth.

Assembly Notes

The wings are small and lightweight in this scale, so no internal metal reinforcement is necessary. The model is designed for straightforward assembly while still offering opportunities for additional detailing for those who enjoy customization.
