Thank you for shopping at MDesign Scale Models Studio. All our products are handcrafted boutique models made with precision and attention to detail. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
– the product is in its original condition
– there are no signs of use or damage
– it is returned in its original packaging

2. Non-returnable items
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
– custom-made models
– personalized orders
– models created based on individual specifications

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the damage.
