2. Handmade Production

All models are produced individually and by hand. Because of this:

• Production time is up to 5 business days after the order is placed

• Production time may vary depending on current workload

• Each model may have slight variations due to the handmade process

We will notify you if additional time is required.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

• Payment issues

• Unavailability of materials

If an order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped after the model is completed. Shipping times depend on your location and the selected delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handmade and produced on demand, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged

• The product does not match the description

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Customer mistakes in ordering

• Minor variations typical for handmade products
